Made some scallops for the first time, pan-fried in butter and garlic. There seems to be a million different recipes for how to prepare scallops. I was a little hesitant to use a broiler or cast-iron since scallops are notorious for being easy to overcook. Yeah, I should have used a non-stick pan to keep that gorgeous brown crust intact.
The side included steamed spinach with shiitake mushrooms, raisins, and sunflower seeds.
We took some food pictures when we could, but almost everything there was really tasty. Except for foie gras. That shit was…bleh. Sandwiches on baguette bread and cafés literally everywhere. We had the best apricot sorbet at tiny ice cream place, and of course tasty creme brulee. So awesome.

I loved this so much I brought back two bags! Just gummies with sour sugar, but gosh they were good! Better than any sour gummies here I can find.
